The provision of Personal Data and its processing for the purposes indicated from sub d. to sub h. in section Purposes and methods of processing of Personal Data are optional. Consequently, failure to provide consent to the processing will make it impossible for Panini to carry out the activities therein.
With specific reference to participation in games, competitions and events with awards, forwarding of text, drawings or photographs by you will be considered by us as consent to their publication, even if not expressly provided previously.
